Norelie Extended Warranty Terms of Service
Thank you for registering your product with Norelie. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our 90-Day Extended Warranty Program (the “Warranty”). By registering your product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Norelie Extended Warranty:
You must have purchased your product directly from Norelie’s official Amazon storefront.
You must register your product within 30 days from the date of delivery using the official warranty registration form.
One registration is permitted per Amazon Order ID.
The warranty is valid for customers residing in [insert countries/regions served, e.g., the U.S. and Philippines only].
2. Warranty Duration
The Extended Warranty period is 90 calendar days starting from the date of delivery as confirmed by your Amazon tracking information.
This warranty includes and extends beyond Amazon’s standard 30-day return policy.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes:
Devices that fail to turn on or charge
Internal malfunctions unrelated to user misuse

4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (e.g., drops, water exposure)
Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents)
Damage from misuse, abuse, or modifications
Products used for commercial or non-personal purposes
Lost, stolen, or improperly stored items
Accessories, packaging, and bonus items
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
