  • NOTE: Always check that your email address/phone number is correct. If the contact information in your order is incorrect, you may not receive notification of package delivery, in which case the package will be returned to us. In such cases, the terms and conditions for unclaimed packages will apply without further notice

  • Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer, to a pickup point in the area.

  • Delivery costs:

  • Norelie is currently offering free shipping for all orders.

  • Please note that our products ship from our warehouses in USA and China, therefore delivery time is based largely on local postal services once they arrive at their destination country.

    We only ship orders on weekdays, not on weekends or holidays.

    Please also note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and situation. Delayed deliveries are not grounds for refund or return outside of our normal exchange and return policy.

    Delivery times for pre-orders vary from those listed above.

    • Delivery time depends on location, delivery method and factors beyond our control.
    • If the product is out of stock, we will ship it as soon as we receive it in stock.

     

    Damaged shipments:

    In situations where tracking data indicates that the package was delivered to your address, but the package(s) was damaged in transit, please report the claim directly to the courier.

    Norelie.co is not responsible for damaged shipments.

     

    Stolen shipments:

    If your package has been stolen, please report it directly to the courier.

    Norelie.co is not responsible for stolen shipments.

    NOTE: When processing returns and refunds, we always ask the courier for tracking information. If we do not receive this information, we may not be able to process returns and refunds.

     

    Parcels sent to the wrong address:

    Always check that the delivery address is correct. Unfortunately, once we receive your order, we are unable to make any further changes to the address or other information.

    Please note that Norelie.co is not obligated to offer a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address.

     

    Unclaimed parcels:

    • Remember that if you want to return a package, you must first pick it up and follow our return instructions. Failure to pick up a package from the Post Office or refusal to accept it from the Post Office does not constitute a return. Normal return policy does not apply to unclaimed packages.

     

    Tracking the shipment:

    • You can track your shipment on our SHIPPING TRACKING page. You can also track your shipment directly on the courier's website. The tracking code will be provided with the delivery confirmation.

     

    If you have any questions about our delivery policies or need help with your order, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

    The customer is not eligible for any refund under 'Unclaimed packages' if they fail to collect the package or refuse to accept it
